The public is advised that the County of Maui Department of Management will be coordinating with the Department of Public Works to replace the existing holiday lighting on Market Street in Wailuku. As a result, a full road closure on Market Street, between Main and Vineyard streets, will occur from Monday, Nov. 28 thru Wednesday, Nov. 30, from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.

“Motorists are advised to use alternate routes during hours that crews will be working on these lighting improvements,” said Mayor Michael Victorino. “We also encourage the public to continue to support the small businesses in the area. A big mahalo for everyone’s patience and understanding during this time.”
