Construction progress continued this week at the Hālau of ʻŌiwi Arts, with crews completing a major tilt-up panel pour and continuing preparation work across the site. Reef Development, H&H, and F&H crews advanced key structural elements, including panel pours, formwork, embeds, and cast-in-place wall forms in the retail space area.
