Maui’s first and Hawaii’s only edible cookie dough food trailer, DÔLISH in Wailuku Town, has a winning recipe. Combine the most delicious raw cookie dough (that’s also safe to eat) and flavors that bring you back to your childhood and you have a one-of-a-kind foodie experience.

“My love for cookie dough started at a young age,” shared DÔLISH’s owner Glory Bangasan. “As a kid growing up in Upcountry Maui, I always remember sneaking bites of cookie dough while my Mom baked cookies. She always said it wasn’t safe to eat it raw and I would end up getting a tummy ache. But I always wanted more.”

A graduate of Maui High School and Maui Culinary Academy, Glory traveled and researched fun and innovative food trends which inspired her to create DÔLISH.

“I wanted to bring a new dessert/drink concept that would ‘sweeten up’ people’s days. My hope is that these recipes will create a bit of childhood nostalgic memories of sticking your fingers in the batter bowl as your Mom, Grandma or Aunties baked cookies.

DÔLISH’s food truck menu features over 35 flavors made with quality ingredients, heat treated flour and no eggs. They also serve Cheese Tea, POG BOBA Slushy, and unique coffee and frappé drinks. Check out their Instagram for monthly menus.
